INTRODUCING KOKO
From Madonna to Prince, Lady Gaga, Kanye West and The Rolling Stones, KOKO is home to over 120 years of music history. Following a seven-year restoration and redevelopment the venue reopened in spring 2022 as a pioneering, independent destination that redefines live music, entertainment and hospitality.
Sitting at the intersection of music, design, and creative futures, KOKO brings together stunning interior design, unique architecture, exceptional hospitality and state-of-the-art multimedia and broadcast facilities.
The Grade II listed Victorian theatre spans over 50,000 square feet and retains many of its original features. Discover private boxes overlooking the stage, mezzanines, balconies, and hidden passageways that connect a series of secret spaces, bars and lounges. Sprawling across multiple floors, KOKO is incredibly adaptable, and you’ll have exclusive use of the entire space for our event.
Located in the vibrant borough of Camden, the venue is easily accessible by public transport with quick, convenient links to central and north London, as well as the city’s airports.

In-House Tech Production
Venue hire includes state-of-the-art lighting and sound, as well as an in-house stage, with upgrades available for ambitious events. Let our expert team be your guides in executing something extraordinary, whether that’s a conference, summer party, product launch, networking event, fashion show – or something else entirely.

Make it Your Own
KOKO provides an incredible location for any event, and part of its appeal is the incredible versatility of the space. Each of the areas has been beautifully designed - but that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for more magic! From creative production to entertainment, our team love hearing imaginative ideas and realising ambitious projects.

Main Auditorium
The Theatre’s stage is perfect for live performances, screenings and entertainment, and is surrounded by 360-degree mezzanine balconies that overlook the stage. It is equally well suited to private dinners and drinks events, with the auditorium providing a dramatic backdrop.
Private Balconies & Mezzanines
Known for creating dramatic intimacy between audience and stage, the famous architect W Sprague built our theatre, along with many of Soho’s finest from the late 1800s. KOKO has several private balconies and mezzanines for guests to enjoy, with superb views and private bars.
LUNO Lounge & Luno Gallery
A sumptuous lounge complete with its own DJ booth, Luno is a private space situated in the Theatre’s gods, perfect for receptions and VIP experiences. A viewing platform offers standing or seated views of the stage, with the convenience of a private bar and bathroom. Large digital screens situated alongside can be utilised for your event.
Roof Terrace
A roof terrace located at the front of the theatre provides a welcoming outdoor space for guests to enjoy. Perfect for drinks receptions with cocktails and canapés, or an easily accessible smoking area during your event.
Bars
Enjoy the exclusive use of multiple bars, which offer Champagne, cocktails, spirits, fine wines and beer, as well as soft drinks. Our mixologists and sommeliers can curate bespoke cocktails and source rare wines and vintages for your event, with a choice of tray service, drinks tokens or a paid bar.
Approved Suppliers
We work with experienced suppliers who understand our venue and work efficiently and safely to deliver the very best. Their expertise in realising ambitious creative projects and events makes them well placed to guide you through the process, working collaboratively and delivering on budget. From production and rigging, to catering, floristry, entertainment - or something else entirely; share your ideas and we can make it happen.
